Yes, the videos will be hosted online soon. I can't give a timetable for it, and I'm not about to spill the beans on the specifics, but they are coming back.
There is currently NO PLAN to film a "Season 3". The plan is to put back online the videos that were already on the site.

Perhaps to help eaise your bandwidth usage you can use a bittorent style distribution modle?
